2 Account Registration and Verification

2.1 Registration Process

To open an account on 9999xx, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each person may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being cancelled and suspended.

2.2 Identity Verification

• The platform may request the necessary documents to verify your identity at any time.
• You may be required to provide a copy of your national ID card or passport.
• If accurate information is not provided, your account may be suspended or cancelled.
• If verification is not completed, the withdrawal process may be delayed.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If unauthorised access to your account is detected, contact us immediately. Using another person's account or transferring your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposits

To make a deposit on 9999xx, you can use bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳300. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for all methods).
• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after verification.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• If fraud is suspected, withdrawals may be held pending investigation.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. The wagering requirement to use the bonus is 10 times.

4.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• The total amount of the bonus and deposit must be wagered 10 times before a withdrawal can be made.
• Winnings from bonus funds will be converted into withdrawable balance.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time — the conditions for each must be met separately.
• Promotional offers not used within the specified period will be automatically cancelled.

4.3 VIP Program

The 9999xx VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%) and Platinum (up to 0.8%). By playing regularly, you can advance to higher tiers.

5 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9999xx platform and may result in permanent account closure if violated:

• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Using bots, automated software or any unauthorised technology.
• Exploiting the system or algorithm to gain an unfair advantage.
• Misusing promotional offers or manipulating bonuses.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Using another member's account credentials.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems.
• Operating an account on behalf of a person under 21 years of age.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

A bet once confirmed generally cannot be cancelled. However, in the case of a technical error, event cancellation or incorrect odds being displayed, 9999xx reserves the right at its own discretion to cancel or recalculate the bet.

6.2 Technical Issues

• The platform is not responsible for incomplete transactions caused by server errors or loss of internet connection.
• Winnings paid out unintentionally due to a technical reason may be reviewed.
• Winnings obtained from a suspicious technical advantage may be confiscated.

6.3 Maximum Win Limit

9999xx reserves the right to set a maximum win limit on specific games or events. This limit may change from time to time and will be displayed in the game interface where applicable.
